Medically, the Oregano is a good antioxidant. It is also has anti-microbial properties that fights against food borne pathogens.
Parsley: is a bright green leafy herb often used as spice much the same way as coriander. Parsley is mostly used as garnish. The fresh flavor of green parsley goes extremely well with any dish.
